Across Europe and beyond, young VET learners face the same challenge: the skills they learn don’t always match the skills employers need.
Bridging the Skills Gap is a short video explaining the terms of the project and Tech-Up Skilling is the Erasmus+ Vocational Education and Training project bringing together partners from Germany, Italy, and Türkiye — three countries with distinct labour markets, education systems, and traditions, united by a common goal.
Together, partners are identifying the competences that matter most in today’s world of work, developing practical learning tools that trainers and learners can use right away, and sharing what works — across borders, across languages, and across sectors.
Because closing the skills gap isn’t just about qualifications. It’s about opportunity.
